• KYC and Verification Documents: Identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant verification process.

• Technical and Usage Data: Log files and technical data are generally retained for a period of twelve (12) months, unless a longer retention period is required for security or legal purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, JL PH will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with our internal data disposal procedures.

The JL PH platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. JL PH does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If you are under 21, you are not permitted to register on or use the JL PH platform under any circumstances.

If JL PH becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the source payment method.

If you believe that a minor has registered on JL PH or that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 14 so that we can take appropriate action.

JL PH reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or the features and services offered on the JL PH platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
