These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and JL PH ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jl-ph.net. These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the JL PH platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein.

By completing the registration process on JL PH, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the JL PH platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and JL PH.

To register and maintain an account on JL PH, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law and JL PH policy. Players under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or wager on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts on JL PH.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director , or agent of JL PH, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the JL PH platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

To access the full range of games and services on JL PH, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all JL PH accounts:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active account on JL PH. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JL PH account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. JL PH will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: You must notify JL PH immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of your account security.
• KYC Verification: JL PH may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

JL PH reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on JL PH are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: JL PH currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available methods may change from time to time at JL PH's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on JL PH is ₱100, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Minimum deposit amounts for individual payment methods may vary.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the JL PH platform. JL PH targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. JL PH reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are displayed within your JL PH account settings and may be updated from time to time.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. JL PH does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return any such funds to their source.

JL PH may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. JL PH reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a JL PH account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Modification and Withdrawal: JL PH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have accepted a promotion in good faith.

All games available on the JL PH platform — including Pirate Fishing, Jungle King, Plinko, Honor of Zuma, Virtual Sports, Double Fortune, and Piggy Gold — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

• Random Number Generation: All JL PH games that involve an element of chance use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently determined and are not influenced by previous results, player history, or any external factor.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP rates represent the theoretical long-term average return across a large number of game rounds. Individual session results may vary significantly from the published RTP.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game round, JL PH reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid.
• Disconnection: JL PH is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or device failure on the player's side during a game session. Where possible, game state will be restored upon reconnection.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JL PH platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on JL PH.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the JL PH platform or its games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the JL PH platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to JL PH immediately upon discovery.
• Using the JL PH platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any JL PH software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JL PH staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the JL PH platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

JL PH is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on our platform. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

All content on the JL PH platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of JL PH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the JL PH platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any JL PH content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any JL PH content.
• Use any JL PH trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the JL PH platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of JL PH intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JL PH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the JL PH platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the JL PH platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the JL PH platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

JL PH's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JL PH account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude JL PH's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

JL PH collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on JL PH, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

JL PH implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and JL PH cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

JL PH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the account holder.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification to JL PH's satisfaction.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the account holder.
• Inactivity of the account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• A request by the account holder to close their account or activate self-exclusion.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not withdrawable upon account closure.

JL PH reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, JL PH will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the JL PH platform.

Amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the JL PH platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and JL PH, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. JL PH is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with JL PH, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming operations. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled by other means.
